To submit an abstract or simply to attend the meeting, register by sending the
form below (or equivalent) via email (sperling@uci.edu) or hardcopy, and also by
mailing the registration fee, US $175 ($190 after Jan 1, 2010; $75 for students),
payable to "Annual Interdisciplinary Conference."  Talks cannot be scheduled 
until the registration information is received and the conference fee is paid.
