    To reserve lodging in the AIC room block at the Teton Mountain
    Lodge, you must first be registered with AIC.  Then, telephone Teton
    Mountain Lodge toll-free at 800-631-6271 and identify yourself as
    part of the AIC group.  Be sure to discuss and understand the hotel's
    reservations policies at that time.  A two-night advance deposit will
    be required which is nonrefundable unless your reservation is cancelled
    30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.  Also, 30 days prior to arrival,
    your credit card on file will be charged in full.  This charge is
    nonrefundable except under extenuating circumstances such as a medical
    emergency or a death in the family.

    The week after AIC (Feb 3-9) the Alpine Studio sells for $329/night 
    (10% off for AAA Members) + extras.

Alpine Studio ($139 + extras)
    CONFERENCE RATE VALID ONLY FOR RESERVATIONS MADE BEFORE OCT. 12.
    Rooms can be reserved at the conference rate for up to 3 days before
    and after the conference (based on availability).

"These luxury hotel studios are furnished with a Queen-sized Murphy bed,
stone-faced gas fireplace, fully equipped state of the art kitchen,
dining area, large-format flat-screen TV with in-room movies,
high speed internet access, hairdryer, boot dryer, coffee maker,
steam iron and board. Some Alpine Studios include a sofa sleeper.
Sleeps 2- ideal for a romantic getaway at our Jackson Hole hotel."


Lodge Rooms  ($165/night plus extras)

"Lodge Rooms at this luxury Jackson Hole hotel come furnished with a King
or Queen bed, or two extra-long double beds, large format flat-screen TV
with in-room movies, high speed internet access, hairdryer, boot dryer,
coffee maker, mini refrigerator, steam iron and board. Sleeps 2-4"


   Extras are "Daily Resort Fee" 6% plus 10% tax on total.

you will receive priority access to the Solitude Spa and all of its
amenities, including access to the roof top hot tub, steam room, both
our indoor and outdoor pools and access to our state of the art fitness
facility. You will also receive high speed internet access throughout
the property and guest rooms, complimentary local calling, complimentary
in room coffee and local newspaper, as well as complimentary ski and bike
storage and complimentary self-parking. Included in in this fee you will
also have access to our business center computers for travel assistance
and printing of boarding passes."
